The padlock is for use on the following Siemens breaker types: double pole QP, triplex or quadplex QT, BL, QAF, QPF, QE, BQ, and BQXD or Murray double pole MP-T, triplex or quadplex MH-T, MP-GT, MP-AT, or MP-ET.
